Descripción:: Este artigo tem o objetivo de propor o emprego da metodologia de autoconfrontação, desenvolvida pela Clínica da Atividade, na análise da atividade docente nas disciplinas de Língua Inglesa da Academia Militar das Agulhas Negras (AMAN). Assim, o professor torna-se também observador no processo de análise do seu trabalho, com vistas à transformação sua e da situação de trabalho. Para tanto, apresenta-se como a AMAN realiza a análise do trabalho de seus professores e instrutores. Em seguida, explana-se sobre aspectos teórico-metodológicos da Clínica da Atividade. Por fim, propõe-se o uso da autoconfrontação na análise da atividade dos professores de Língua Inglesa da AMAN.; This article aims at proposing the adoption of the self-confrontation methodology, developed by the Clinic of Activity, in the analysis of teaching activity in English language subjects at Agulhas Negras Military Academy (AMAN). Thus, the professor also becomes an observer in the process of analyzing his work, with a view to transforming himself and his work situation. Therefore, it is presented how AMAN carries out the analysis of its professors’ work. Then, theoretical-methodological aspects of the Clinic of Activity are explained. Finally, the use of self-confrontation in the analysis of English professors’ activity at AMAN is proposed.
