Descripción:: This article will comment on the way of being and thinking of the two world superpowers, as well as the challenge that China poses to the hegemony of the United States, the economic-trade dispute between Washington and Beijing, the financial organizations and instruments that have been implemented to reduce the economic power of the United States over time, as well as the main sources of tension and the complexity of the conflict.; En el presente artículo se comentará sobre la forma de ser y de pensar de las dos superpotencias mundiales, así como el reto que plantea China a la hegemonía de los EEUU; veremos la disputa económico-comercial directa entre Washington y Pekín, los organismos e instrumentos financieros que han implementado para disminuir el poder de los EEUU en el tiempo, así como los principales focos de tensión y la complejidad del conflicto.
