Descripción:: El presente artículo pretende generar desde las diferentes perspectivas un análisis comparativo entre la planificación de los costos bajo la metodología del PMI, frente a la metodología de planificación de los costos implementada en los proyectos de investigación de la Escuela Militar de Suboficiales. Generando como resultado una serie de procesos que se ocasionan desde las lecciones aprendidas, para así unificar los procedimientos y beneficios, tanto la línea base del cronograma, como en la estimación de los recursos a emplearse. Obteniendo como consecuencia una buena administración de recursos, que permiten al personal encargado originar mejores técnicas en la ejecución de los recursos asignados. Abstract This article aims to generate, from different perspectives, a comparative analysis between cost planning under the PMI methodology, versus the cost planning methodology implemented in the research projects of the Military School for NCOs. Generating as a result a series of processes that are caused from the lessons learned, in order to unify the procedures and benefits, both the baseline of the schedule, and in the estimation of the resources to be used. Obtaining as a consequence a good administration of resources, which allow the personnel in charge to originate better techniques in the execution of the assigned resources.
