Descripción:: Findo o processo de descolonização e com a consequente chegada da independência aos Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa (PALOP), em 1978 surgiram as primeiras intenções de cooperar no âmbito militar por parte das ex-colónias portuguesas por forma a oferecer aos oficiais das suas Forças Armadas (FA) um grau de ensino superior. Esta situação conduziu à realização de vários encontros de trabalhos entre os intervenientes do processo e conduziu ao aparecimento da atual Cooperação TécnicoMilitar (CTM). Esta dissertação, aborda a cooperação bilateral que Portugal realiza com cada um dos PALOP no âmbito militar, no que toca ao ensino ministrado aos oficiais dos PALOP em Portugal através dos Estabelecimentos de Ensino Superior Público Universitário Militar (EESPUM). Neste trabalho de investigação analisa-se qual foi o impacto ao nível do ensino ministrado aos oficiais dos PALOP que ingressaram nos EESPUM em Portugal do ano letivo 2000/01 a 2008/09, concernente a Escola Naval (EN) e Academia Militar (AM) e do ano letivo 2000/01 a 2011/12, concernente a Academia da Força Aérea (AFA), e determina-se qual foi o número de alunos oriundos dos PALOP ingressaram nos EESPUM nos intervalos de tempo acima citados e qual foi a média dos alunos que concluíram com sucesso os diversos cursos frequentados nos estabelecimentos de ensino acima referido. Neste trabalho de investigação, é aferido algumas oportunidades e vulnerabilidades que a CTM comporta ao nível do ensino ministrado em Portugal aos alunos lusófonos, bem como os pontos fortes e pontos fracos sobre os quais devem recair uma maior atençãoda parte das entidades intervenientes neste processo, visando um desenvolvimento sólidodesta Cooperação. Nesta ótica de ideia, conclui-se que a maior aposta da CTM deverácontinuar nos projetos de ensino dos oficiais dos PALOP nos EESPUM em Portugal parao desenvolvimento da FA daqueles países amigos.; After the decolonization process and the consequent arrival of Independence to African Countries of Portuguese Official Language (ACPOL), in 1978 came the first intentions to cooperate in the military sphere by the former Portuguese colonies in order to offer the officers of their Forces Armed (FA) a degree of higher education. In this research work we analyze what was the impact of the education provided to the ACPOL officers who joined in SPUMS in Portugal in the school year 2000/01 to 2008/09, concerning the Naval Academy (NA) and Military Academy (MA) and the school year 2000/01 to 2011/12, concerning the Air Force Academy (AFA), and determine which was the number of students from ACPOL entered in SPUMS at the intervals mentioned above and what was the average Students who have successfully completed the various courses taken in the above schools. In this research work, it is measured a few opportunities and vulnerabilities that MTC holds the level of education given in Portugal to Portuguese-speaking students as well as the strengths and weaknesses of which must endure greater attention on the part of the entities involved in this process, aimed at a solid development of this cooperation. In this light idea, it is concluded that the biggest gamble of MTC is expected to continue in the educational projects of the officers of ACPOL in SPUMS in Portugal for the development of the FA of those friendly countries.

8. < description > After the decolonization process and the consequent arrival of Independence to African Countries of Portuguese Official Language (ACPOL), in 1978 came the first intentions to cooperate in the military sphere by the former Portuguese colonies in order to offer the officers of their Forces Armed (FA) a degree of higher education. This led to the holding of several meetings of work between those involved in cases and led to the emergence of the current Military Technical Cooperation (MTC). This dissertation addresses the bilateral cooperation that Portugal held with each of the ACPOL the military, as far as the education provided to the officers of ACPOL in Portugal through the facilities of Superior Public University Military School (SPUMS). In this research work we analyze what was the impact of the education provided to the ACPOL officers who joined in SPUMS in Portugal in the school year 2000/01 to 2008/09, concerning the Naval Academy (NA) and Military Academy (MA) and the school year 2000/01 to 2011/12, concerning the Air Force Academy (AFA), and determine which was the number of students from ACPOL entered in SPUMS at the intervals mentioned above and what was the average Students who have successfully completed the various courses taken in the above schools. In this research work, it is measured a few opportunities and vulnerabilities that MTC holds the level of education given in Portugal to Portuguese-speaking students as well as the strengths and weaknesses of which must endure greater attention on the part of the entities involved in this process, aimed at a solid development of this cooperation. In this light idea, it is concluded that the biggest gamble of MTC is expected to continue in the educational projects of the officers of ACPOL in SPUMS in Portugal for the development of the FA of those friendly countries. </ description >

Neste trabalho de investigação analisa-se qual foi o impacto ao nível do ensino ministrado aos oficiais dos PALOP que ingressaram nos EESPUM em Portugal do ano letivo 2000/01 a 2008/09, concernente a Escola Naval (EN) e Academia Militar (AM) e do ano letivo 2000/01 a 2011/12, concernente a Academia da Força Aérea (AFA), e determina-se qual foi o número de alunos oriundos dos PALOP ingressaram nos EESPUM nos intervalos de tempo acima citados e qual foi a média dos alunos que concluíram com sucesso os diversos cursos frequentados nos estabelecimentos de ensino acima referido. 7. < mods:abstract > Findo o processo de descolonização e com a consequente chegada da independência aos Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa (PALOP), em 1978 surgiram as primeiras intenções de cooperar no âmbito militar por parte das ex-colónias portuguesas por forma a oferecer aos oficiais das suas Forças Armadas (FA) um grau de ensino superior. Esta situação conduziu à realização de vários encontros de trabalhos entre os intervenientes do processo e conduziu ao aparecimento da atual Cooperação TécnicoMilitar (CTM). Esta dissertação, aborda a cooperação bilateral que Portugal realiza com cada um dos PALOP no âmbito militar, no que toca ao ensino ministrado aos oficiais dos PALOP em Portugal através dos Estabelecimentos de Ensino Superior Público Universitário Militar (EESPUM). Neste trabalho de investigação analisa-se qual foi o impacto ao nível do ensino ministrado aos oficiais dos PALOP que ingressaram nos EESPUM em Portugal do ano letivo 2000/01 a 2008/09, concernente a Escola Naval (EN) e Academia Militar (AM) e do ano letivo 2000/01 a 2011/12, concernente a Academia da Força Aérea (AFA), e determina-se qual foi o número de alunos oriundos dos PALOP ingressaram nos EESPUM nos intervalos de tempo acima citados e qual foi a média dos alunos que concluíram com sucesso os diversos cursos frequentados nos estabelecimentos de ensino acima referido. Neste trabalho de investigação, é aferido algumas oportunidades e vulnerabilidades que a CTM comporta ao nível do ensino ministrado em Portugal aos alunos lusófonos, bem como os pontos fortes e pontos fracos sobre os quais devem recair uma maior atençãoda parte das entidades intervenientes neste processo, visando um desenvolvimento sólidodesta Cooperação. Nesta ótica de ideia, conclui-se que a maior aposta da CTM deverácontinuar nos projetos de ensino dos oficiais dos PALOP nos EESPUM em Portugal parao desenvolvimento da FA daqueles países amigos. </ mods:abstract >
8. < mods:abstract > After the decolonization process and the consequent arrival of Independence to African Countries of Portuguese Official Language (ACPOL), in 1978 came the first intentions to cooperate in the military sphere by the former Portuguese colonies in order to offer the officers of their Forces Armed (FA) a degree of higher education. This led to the holding of several meetings of work between those involved in cases and led to the emergence of the current Military Technical Cooperation (MTC). This dissertation addresses the bilateral cooperation that Portugal held with each of the ACPOL the military, as far as the education provided to the officers of ACPOL in Portugal through the facilities of Superior Public University Military School (SPUMS). In this research work we analyze what was the impact of the education provided to the ACPOL officers who joined in SPUMS in Portugal in the school year 2000/01 to 2008/09, concerning the Naval Academy (NA) and Military Academy (MA) and the school year 2000/01 to 2011/12, concerning the Air Force Academy (AFA), and determine which was the number of students from ACPOL entered in SPUMS at the intervals mentioned above and what was the average Students who have successfully completed the various courses taken in the above schools. In this research work, it is measured a few opportunities and vulnerabilities that MTC holds the level of education given in Portugal to Portuguese-speaking students as well as the strengths and weaknesses of which must endure greater attention on the part of the entities involved in this process, aimed at a solid development of this cooperation. In this light idea, it is concluded that the biggest gamble of MTC is expected to continue in the educational projects of the officers of ACPOL in SPUMS in Portugal for the development of the FA of those friendly countries. </ mods:abstract >

In this research work we analyze what was the impact of the education provided to the ACPOL officers who joined in SPUMS in Portugal in the school year 2000/01 to 2008/09, concerning the Naval Academy (NA) and Military Academy (MA) and the school year 2000/01 to 2011/12, concerning the Air Force Academy (AFA), and determine which was the number of students from ACPOL entered in SPUMS at the intervals mentioned above and what was the average Students who have successfully completed the various courses taken in the above schools. In this research work, it is measured a few opportunities and vulnerabilities that MTC holds the level of education given in Portugal to Portuguese-speaking students as well as the strengths and weaknesses of which must endure greater attention on the part of the entities involved in this process, aimed at a solid development of this cooperation. In this light idea, it is concluded that the biggest gamble of MTC is expected to continue in the educational projects of the officers of ACPOL in SPUMS in Portugal for the development of the FA of those friendly countries. </ dc:description >

6. < dcterms:abstract > Findo o processo de descolonização e com a consequente chegada da independência aos Países Africanos de Língua Oficial Portuguesa (PALOP), em 1978 surgiram as primeiras intenções de cooperar no âmbito militar por parte das ex-colónias portuguesas por forma a oferecer aos oficiais das suas Forças Armadas (FA) um grau de ensino superior. Esta situação conduziu à realização de vários encontros de trabalhos entre os intervenientes do processo e conduziu ao aparecimento da atual Cooperação TécnicoMilitar (CTM). Esta dissertação, aborda a cooperação bilateral que Portugal realiza com cada um dos PALOP no âmbito militar, no que toca ao ensino ministrado aos oficiais dos PALOP em Portugal através dos Estabelecimentos de Ensino Superior Público Universitário Militar (EESPUM). Neste trabalho de investigação analisa-se qual foi o impacto ao nível do ensino ministrado aos oficiais dos PALOP que ingressaram nos EESPUM em Portugal do ano letivo 2000/01 a 2008/09, concernente a Escola Naval (EN) e Academia Militar (AM) e do ano letivo 2000/01 a 2011/12, concernente a Academia da Força Aérea (AFA), e determina-se qual foi o número de alunos oriundos dos PALOP ingressaram nos EESPUM nos intervalos de tempo acima citados e qual foi a média dos alunos que concluíram com sucesso os diversos cursos frequentados nos estabelecimentos de ensino acima referido. Neste trabalho de investigação, é aferido algumas oportunidades e vulnerabilidades que a CTM comporta ao nível do ensino ministrado em Portugal aos alunos lusófonos, bem como os pontos fortes e pontos fracos sobre os quais devem recair uma maior atençãoda parte das entidades intervenientes neste processo, visando um desenvolvimento sólidodesta Cooperação. Nesta ótica de ideia, conclui-se que a maior aposta da CTM deverácontinuar nos projetos de ensino dos oficiais dos PALOP nos EESPUM em Portugal parao desenvolvimento da FA daqueles países amigos. </ dcterms:abstract >
7. < dcterms:abstract > After the decolonization process and the consequent arrival of Independence to African Countries of Portuguese Official Language (ACPOL), in 1978 came the first intentions to cooperate in the military sphere by the former Portuguese colonies in order to offer the officers of their Forces Armed (FA) a degree of higher education. This led to the holding of several meetings of work between those involved in cases and led to the emergence of the current Military Technical Cooperation (MTC). This dissertation addresses the bilateral cooperation that Portugal held with each of the ACPOL the military, as far as the education provided to the officers of ACPOL in Portugal through the facilities of Superior Public University Military School (SPUMS).
