Descripción:: A National Security Law has officially come into force in Spain,establishing a National Security System and contributing to internationalsecurity. Its key components are National Defence, Public Security andExternal Action. With a view to improving the necessary anticipation,prevention, analysis of, reaction and resistance to, as well as the recoveryfrom risks and threats that might compromise National Security,the proposal is presented here for a new cross-cutting dimension notspecifically contemplated heretofore, which is the Security of LandRoutes and the Security of Mobility and Land Transport, and for Spainto assume a leading role in the EU Commissariat for Security Union.; España cuenta ya oficialmente con una Ley de Seguridad Nacional, cuyos componentes fundamentales son la Defensa Nacional, la Seguridad Pública y la Acción Exterior, crea un Sistema de Seguridad Nacional y contribuye a la seguridad internacional. Para mejorar la necesaria anticipación, prevención, análisis, reacción, resistencia y recuperación respecto a riesgos y amenazas susceptibles de comprometer la Seguridad Nacional, se propone un nuevo eje transversal no contemplado específicamente, cual es el de la seguridad en las vías terrestres, y por ende, la movilidad, así como la necesaria asunción de un papel protagonista de España en el nuevo Comisariado de la UE en Seguridad.
